Langley Primary School is at the heart of a diverse and vibrant community currently supporting 430 children and their families.Set in generous grounds, Langley Primary School is a two–form entry community school.
We have links with schools in Germany (Sustainable Development), China (Curriculum and Culture), Africa (charitable links) and Sweden (Early Years) and continually seek other partnerships which will help us reduce our carbon footprint and further support our learners’ understanding of their interaction within and beyond their communities, now and in the future.
Our curriculum is constantly evolving to reflect the needs that todays learners will need in the future. Our lessons are skill based and we work hard at incorporating these into interesting and purposeful topics for pupils to enjoy whilst they learn.
We see so many success stories of children from a wide range of backgrounds and all with individual needs, achieving so much, and enjoy celebrating this with their families. We love the richness that diversity of culture brings and with seventeen home languages being spoken by our children we celebrate all that our cultures represent.
And now with the Langley Children's Centre built on site we are well able to provide our families with all the support, encouragement and access to services that they need.
We are a three time ‘Green Flag’ eco award winning school. We work with the other schools on our campus to enhance the environment for all who use it; achievements that have been nationally recognised.
